Service Network, Inc. (SNI) Announces Management Changes

During the last quarter of 2004, Service Network, Inc. experienced a tremendous upturn in the level of new business. We anticipate this trend to continue into 2005. In an effort to take the necessary steps to continue to be a world leader in grinding technology, SNI has made a number of organizational changes to meet this challenge head on.

Mr. Edward Camp, SNI President, is pleased to announce the following management changes.

Gary M. Anderson has accepted the position of Director of Sales for the corporation. Gary brings to SNI extensive experience in grinding and applications. Soon after earning his BSME from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), Gary joined the sales team at Cincinnati Milacron-Heald Machine Division. He gained valuable experience in a number of positions including Sales Proposal and Application Engineer, Sales Project Engineer, and Field Specialist. With the closing of Heald, Gary moved to Voumard Grinding Machines as their Product Manager. He later accepted the position as Area Sales Manager for Bryant Grinder Corporation serving in that capacity for more than ten years until Bryant's closing in 2002.

Most recently, Gary was the Account Manager for Kingsbury Corporation covering Ohio and Kentucky where he was responsible for their large automotive customers. Gary is looking forward to returning to the grinding field where he has over twenty years of experience.

Gary will be responsible for the day to day operations of the SNI Sales Department. His office will be strategically located in Central Ohio. He can be reached at ganderson@sni-grinders.com or by calling 330-221-0424.

Alan Peterson has been promoted to the position of Manufacturing Superintendent and will oversee all plant operations. Al's ultimate role is to assure that projects released to manufacturing are completed on time, within budget, and are of the highest quality.

Alan's many years of supervisory experience, both at Cincinnati Milacron - Heald Machine Co. and Service Network, will be critically important to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Paul Eklund has accepted a new role as Supervisor - Assembly and Test. Paul will be responsible for all machine assembly, test, and customer runoffs. Paul's engineering education, coupled with his test floor experience, both at Heald and SNI, will allow him to bring projects forward on time and within budget.

Larry Gordon has accepted the new position of Materials Manager. Larry's extensive product knowledge, negotiating skills, and strong manufacturing background will play a critical role in addressing SNI's scheduling and budget objectives.

We feel that these changes will strategically position SNI to take advantage of the growing global economy. We wish success and good luck to all in their new endeavors.
