SNI's HDLU Dressing System in Manufacturing Talk
SNI's announcement of it's new Heavy-duty lift-up (HDLU) Dressing System was reported on Manufacturing Talk's web site. The HDLU Dressing System is designed to be used as a replacement on many Heald internal grinding machines. The HDLU dresser's super stiff platform provides dramatically improved performance for dressing conventional grinding wheels or super abrasives. In addition, the precision keyed nosepiece allows for quick changeovers without the need to change assemblies. It can accept virtually any type of dressing device including single point diamond, diamond form roll, rotary diamond disk, and rotary diamond cup.
