Our remanufacturing business is unique in that, unlike conventional machine tool rebuilders, we specialize in grinders originally manufactured by the Heald Machine Division of Cincinnati Milacron. No other company in the world can profess the level of Heald Machine expertise and product knowledge, as we have over 1,000 total man-years of Heald experience.

SNI has been very successful at correcting known deficiencies associated with older Heald machines. We can incorporate modern controls (CNC- or PLC-based), apply superior dresser systems, improved guarding, and other technologies that result in rebuilt/remanufactured grinders competitive with brand-new machines.

Depending on your requirements, SNI offers a variety of machine treatments.

• Partial Rebuilding: A "fix what's broken" economical approach to putting a machine in good running condition.
• Full Rebuilding: Restoring a machine to 100% OEM performance, quality and reliability with full warranty.
• Remanufacturing: Rebuilding a machine to as-new and providing specific SNI designed enhancements that increase reliability, productivity and flexibility.
